Pupils delighted to share their hard work at writing café.

All the children across the federation have been working really hard on their writing this term, with each class using the book ‘The Fox and the Star’ by Coralie Bickford-Smith to inspire their writing.

Children learnt more about Foxes and Stars and how friends can help build each other’s confidence. Having looked at the structure of the story, children either re-wrote the story in their own words, or used the structure to write their own stories of friendship.

Everyone was really excited to share their hard work with their families at open mornings across both schools.
