An Egyptian start to the Summer Term

Partake Egyptian Day

Year 3 and 4 Children from Norwell and St. Matthews came together for an immersive Egyptian day to start both the new term and their Egyptian topic work.  The children learned about the culture and traditions of the Ancient Egyptian people and how they used spices in medicine, food and perfume.  In the afternoon the children learned about and re-enacted an ancient Egyptian burial.
