Twycross Zoo Trip
The trip to the zoo was a huge success! The children enjoyed looking at the animals and seeing their habitats. They also learnt lots about the different types of animals and how they adapt to their habitats in the workshop
African Art and Dance Day
The children had a fantastic day learning about African culture. First, we found out how African women carried their babies and how chiefs dressed. They then learned a football inspired African dance and later created African art, using brown, orange

D.A.R.E Graduation
Congratulations to Year 5 and 6 on completing their D.A.R.E programme! During the graduation, some children read their D.A.R.E reports, role-played some resistance strategies and everyone received their D.A.R.E certificates. Thanks to D.A.R.E Officer Duncan and parents who attended.

Perlethorpe Trip

Rounders Competition!
The Year 5 and 6 children showed their competitive edge when taking part in the Tuxford family of schools annual rounders competition. Representing the Kite Primary Federation they bowled and batted eventually coming second and fourth! Well done to you
