Science Week 2020 – Day 4 in the Huckleberries

On Thursday the children carried out a melting experiment. They chose two methods to melt an ice cube and then predicted which would be the quickest and which would be the slowest.

The children then carried out their experiment and recorded what they found out!

Some children tried melting the ice cubes with their hands…

… with salt and sugar…

… some children even tried melting the ice cubes in their mouths!
